The Founder of the Firm in 1978, Bob has overseen the impressive growth of Boller Construction to a top-performing company.  He was inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 1998.

Lyle joined the firm in 1994 as a Project Manager and Vice President of Business Development. He has over 33 years of  comprehensive construction experience including construction management, negotiated, and design-build work. He was appointed President in 2000 to address the rapid growth in company sales.
